Rear Facing Car Seat Campaign

So many rules have changed since I was a kid. I remember not even being in a car seat just a seat belt. I rode in the front seat many times before the age of even 7 probably. Then when I had kids I remember reading up all about the new rules. Rear facing vs. front facing carseats. What ages to switch. My kids slept with crib bumpers, but now you can’t. Then of course the big debate over how to lie a sleeping baby. Should they be on the belly, back, or side? It seems like every few years the rules change and it’s up to us moms to dig in and read the numerous facts and changes and adapt to them. The good folks over at rearfacing.motors.co.uk are helping out by providing the Rear Facing Car Seat Campaign.

So what’s the website for? It’s a place to learn. You can read safety facts, watch informational videos, and hear from experts. There is even a forum where you can talk with other concerned parents. So take a moment to check it out. It just might give you some information you didn’t know beforehand.
