MY THOUGHTS:
I’ve always seen Slim Fast shakes and even tried one or two in my teenage years and thought they tasted like chalk. Let me tell you these new flavors do not taste like chalk. They are yummy, flavorful, and actually filling. I tried a few different ones and my favorite was the french vanilla. It was creamy and had a great taste. I also like that the shakes now come in the on-the-go bottles rather than the cans. Easier to carry around. I can even keep one in my purse while I’m on the go. With thanksgiving coming up I really think in between it and Christmas I will do the Slim Fast plan just so I won’t gain too much extra from gorging myself on turkey and all the fixins.
