HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 2010 News and Resolutions

Friday, January 1, 2010 13 Post-It Notes

First let me start off my saying THANK YOU!!! Thank your for stopping by my blog and taking the time to read all of my nonsense. I do hope that I have helped you some in 2009. Whether from a win, info, helping earn or save money, or just a quick laugh. Without you guys I wouldn't be here and I appreciate every comment left over the course of 2009. 2009 was a great year for me, but I do hope that 2010 will be even better!

What would a New Year be without resolutions? Of course resolutions are usually broken, but they are made to help start the new year off with a bang and of course trying to better ourselves. Here are both of my personal and blog resolutions.

  1. Be a better housewife, mother, and friend. I want to do it all this year. Have goals and actually complete them. Take the time every day to devote to my husband, children, and housework. A big order but I do believe that if I put even a few extra minutes a day in bettering my relationships and my goals I can do it.....Hopefully.
  2. Lose weight and become fit. This is probably on every single womans resolution list in the word. If I could just stick to it for even a few months I know I will fell better. Not only about my looks, but feel better overall. I have quite a few exciting things going on with this resolution so I'll keep you posted.
  3. Be more organized. I have bought Tupperware, journals, planners, etc. and I WILL be more organized for 2010. Somehow, some way.
Blog Resolutions:
  1. Give YOU more of what you want. To do that if you could take this quick 8 question 2010 Reader Survey it would really help me.
  2. Post more and have an actual schedule.
So what's your resolution?

I thought I'd get resolutions out, but I haven't sat down to get it all out. I really want to lose weight, and keep myself organized. Being organized will take top priority. I'm going to have to, with being a mom, student, blogger and working part time out of the house, I'll have to get it together!

Today I re-lined the kitchen cupboards, well...okay, half of them! I'll finish the other side on Monday. One biggie...off the list!

    Happy new year to you!

happy new year to you. I hope you are able to stick with it. We have thought of them the last few years as commitments and that seems to help us.

    Have a great night

Happy New Year to you as well!

I'd like to try and make sure I drink more water in 2010! So far today I've only drank 20oz so I'm not off to a great start, but...it's 20oz more than I had yesterday so the glass is half full (lol!) -

For my blog of course I'd like to increase readership, and I went over to new hosting at SquareSpace which I hope helps.

Great resolutions! I haven't done my resolutions post yet....partly because I have been too busy and unorganized - perhaps being more organized and scheduled is my resolution? LOL

    Happy New Year to you!!!

I like this post. I try not to "resolve" to anything except to make better choices in my life.

If you are looking for a lifestyle change follow the #mamavation hashtag on twitter. Those women are very supportive in getting heatlhy. I have a similar goal.
