To me Following Your Bliss can mean many things. What is Webster’s definition of bliss?
bliss–noun
- supreme happiness; utter joy or contentment:
- Theology the joy of heaven.
- heaven; paradise: the road to eternal bliss.
Do I think have completed bliss no. I think it is a journey. However, I am on the road to following my bliss. I have a wonderful, caring, and loving family who support me to no end. I have my blog which on a good day brings me happiness and on a bad a little frustration, but hey even bliss must be frustrated sometimes right? 
I think by following my heart and creating goals for myself I can someday achieve bliss. Until that day I will strive each day on helping impact the lives of those around me and bringing joy to others. How will you follow your bliss?
