We do the traditional turkey and ham for the table, and the common fixings, scalloped potatoes, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, corn, green bean casserole, cranberry delight, peas, hot and soft homemade bread rolls, etc. And for dessert we have traditional pies; pumpkin and pecan. And we always have an Amaretto Chocolate Cheesecake on Christmas, it's the one day of the year we have it.

I make coffee cakes that my mother made and her mother made. My grandmother was taught to make them by a wonderful Italian lady in the neighborhood, they are WONDERFUL, I send them out every year to all the relatives and friends and they always ask for more, its fun to do with my kids and pass on.
