Review: Slice

I'm always looking for new and unique products to share with all of you. That is how I found Slice. They are new cutting products that feature a ceramic blade. What is a ceramic blade? Zirconium oxide. Next to diamonds, it’s the most durable substance on Earth. Not only is it sharper than your metal blades, but it won't rust, stain, or dull. Plus ceramic blades are extremely hard, ultra-sharp, resists germs, acids & oils, and will stay sharp for years. I got to try out a few Slice. products and here is what I thought about them.

The Y-Peeler is latest tool for peeling potatoes, carrots, apples, or any other food you would need to peel. I peeled potatoes for some potato salad and it was SUPER easy to use. I had a very old potato metal peeler and this got the work done super quick. It is VERY sharp so make sure to keep it out of the way of the kiddos.

My absolute FAVORITE Slice product was the Precision Cutter. For any coupon lover or scrapbookers this product is for you! Just pop the top off and cut. From complex shapes, intricate designs, to Cardstock, or posterboard? You can cut it all. Again you need to keep this away from the kiddos and if you are cutting on a table put something underneath the item you are cutting so it won't go through.

Where can you get your Slice? Try Bed Bath and Beyond, Linens and Things, or Sur La Table. Want to WIN your own Slice set? Keep checking back in with Southern Bella's Ways To Save.
