Some may wonder what exactly a mystery shopper does. You are there to see how a particular business treats it customers. Whether you are asking a manger a certain question, checking out the bathrooms, seeing how long it takes to get your food it all boils down to the same thing. Are the average customers/clients treated well and with respect.
Your first shop you may be nervous. It’s ok! Just remember that most of the time they do NOT know you are a secret shopper. This is the main reason you were hired in the first place.
